Family Resource Management – basic budgeting, spending wisely, managing credit, slashing expenses, consumer affairs, financial record keeping, getting organized, college planning and saving, youth financial literacy, preparing for retirement, planning for future life events, and much more!
Nutrition & Health – nutrition for all ages; basic cooking skills; stretching your food dollars while enjoying maximum nutrition; modifying recipes and diets for special needs (e.g. cardiac, diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.), and much more!
Child Development – parenting tips, child development research-based materials and resources, discipline through the ages, developmental resources, age-appropriate guides, balancing family responsibilities, helping children cope, how to handle common childhood behaviors, and much more!
Family Life – family relationships, family communication and mediation, conflict resolution, parenting and co-parenting, step-families, time management, information and workshops on promoting positive family interactions and reducing domestic violence, assisting families with building resiliency throughout the deployment cycles, and much more!
